My daughter had forgotten to fill out some documentation for the Greek authorities that resulted in us not being allowed to board the plane. We were absolutely devastated, and I called Sheena on a Saturday and explained what had happened. Completely calm and unfazed, she immediately found us an alternative holiday in Turkey for the same price and we left on the Monday. Incredible service.
